FIP Fog in Place es un proceso patentado para desinfectar tanques y conductos para el mercado de bebidas en general. Es una evolución de la etapa SIP (sanitation/ steam in place) dentro del proceso CIP- Clean in Place.
FIP utiliza una mínima fracción de agua y productos químicos en comparación con SIP, no genera residuos y reduce el consumo de energía, tiempos y riesgos.
