La tecnología FIP – Fog in Place es una alternativa a la etapa de SIP en los procesos de limpieza CIP. Con FIP, se reduce el consumo de agua, químicos y residuos en un 99%. Además, es un proceso en frío, lo que evita el alto costo asociado a la generación de energía utilizado en el uso de vapor.

FIP utiliza sistemas automatizados que generan micropartículas de desinfectante, permitiendo una cobertura uniforme en todas las superficies de tanques y tuberías con un largo plazo de contacto entre el sanitizante y las superficies. La tecnología FIP se adapta fácilmente a diferentes situaciones, reduciendo significativamente la mano de obra necesaria para llevar a cabo el proceso de limpieza CIP con unidades portátiles.

FIP es apta para su uso en tanques y tuberías sanitarias y asépticas con el uso de nitrógeno.
